  4. Employing and training informal scavengers and collectors at living wages.
  5. Training community affairs specialists in proper waste treatment and litter prevention to change behavior.
  6. Educating and making beneficiaries environmentally literate to improve health and promote hygiene.
  7. Creating a sustainable business model with multiple revenue sources including user fees.
